Our History

We are a water resource and environmental engineering firm with over 25 years of experience and technical expertise in numerical modeling of water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental issues. In addition, we provide technical services in a wide range of water-related disciplines, including hydraulics, hydrology, hydrogeology, numerical modeling, environmental science, water resources planning, water engineering, GIS, and visual communication. We provide a wide range of water related engineering services to public and industrial clients world-wide.

The application of innovative science and engineering to the solution of water resource and environmental engineering problems is one of our guiding principles. We are continually investing our resources in the development and refinement of new and unique technologies. As a result, we provide innovative tools and technical resources to evaluate, define, and solve complex problems. Our national and international reputation is based on this pursuit of cost-effective and technically defensible solutions to these problems.

CM Water Group began as the consulting division of BOSS International in 1986. After BOSS International's software division was acquired by Autodesk in 2009, the consulting division was reorganized and its name changed to CM Water Group.
